to jar

We never use unnecessary fillers, binders or artificial additives. When an excipient is needed, we use natural alternatives such as acacia, rice gel, rice flour and xylitol.

There is no wasted space in the capsule: what’s in the pack is what you buy.

Traceability and documentation are part of every stage of manufacturing and packaging. The raw material batch, production batch and packaging batch are linked, so an individual jar can be traced back to the original raw material.

All records are stored securely to maintain traceability.

Regular in-process checks ensure consistent quality, dosage accuracy and compliance. Checks are made during production, not just at the end, so that any deviation is spotted while it can still be corrected.

Complete documentation is prepared for every production batch: retention samples, printed materials and a detailed batch report.

A retention sample means that a physical sample of the same batch is kept, against which the product can later be compared.

Before a product leaves our factory, it goes through strict quality control for purity, dosage accuracy and regulatory compliance. The product is not released for sale until the checks have been approved.
