Delivery methods and times

Products are usually delivered within seven (7) business days of the order being processed. Delivery time depends on the postal service's delivery speed.

• We deliver products only within the EU area
• Products are delivered directly to the customer's address as a letter.
• The letter is delivered to the recipient if it can be left in the letterbox or mailbox. Otherwise, the carrier leaves an arrival notice and the customer can collect the shipment from the post office.

Delivery fees

For customers with a recurring subscription, products are delivered home without separate delivery charges.

A delivery fee of €3.90 is added to individual orders made through the online store.

However, the customer pays only one delivery fee regardless of how many products they order. Orders are always delivered subject to force majeure (strike, natural disaster, etc.).
