4. Legal basis and purpose of processing personal data
The legal basis for processing personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation is a direct marketing register in accordance with data protection legislation.
Personal data is used for ROBUST Nordic AB's direct marketing and distance selling, or other comparable addressed mailings.
Personal data is processed in accordance with data protection legislation and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
5. Data content of the register
The register processes, among others, data belonging to the following groups:
Name, address, phone number, email address, age or year of birth, gender, direct marketing consent and prohibition information, one marketing-related identifier concerning the data subject, and data update information.
We record direct sales calls made by telephone to safeguard the parties' rights related to the transaction. We use the recordings to develop the quality of our sales and to prevent fraudulent activity. Recording is carried out securely within the framework of the data protection regulation and other statutes, and the recordings are not used for other purposes and are not disclosed to outside parties.
6. Regular sources of information
Personal data is collected in connection with marketing draws and competitions. Personal data may also be collected, stored and updated from the registers of companies providing address, update or other similar information services.

The data subjects likewise have other rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, such as the restriction of the processing of personal data in certain situations. Requests must be sent in writing to the data controller. The data controller may, if necessary, ask the person making the request to prove their identity. The data controller responds to the customer within the time specified in the EU data protection regulation (generally within one month).
